There is no letter box at Stratford so deliveries should be made between 09:00 -17:30. On arrival, please press the intercom to speak to reception where any paperwork can be left. We also have side doors in Vicarage Road where larger boxes can be dropped off by car. If you wish to do this, please ring ahead on the usual office number, and the side doors will be opened on arrival. There are also loading bays in Romford Road, outside the University of East London (maximum stay, 30 mins).

Parking
Onsite parking facilities are not available but there are pay and display parking bays in the surrounding streets.
By train
We are a short walk from the Stratford and Stratford International rail stations which are served by the Jubilee and Central Underground lines and the DLR and a busy bus station. Buses 25 and 86 stop directly outside the LB Group office (at the University of East London which is directly opposite the LB Group office).
The office is 0.7 miles from the train station.
